You have the option to buyout the entire ranch where you would have the entire 14 acres to yourself and will not share the property or structures with anyone else.

In addition to nightly rates, the following fees apply:

• Cleaning Fee: $125-$275 depending on occupancy

• Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT): 12%

Check-In:

We look forward to welcoming you at Sueno Sagrado at 3:00 pm on the day of check-in. The check-in process is contactless so there is no restriction on how late you can arrive

Check-Out:

Please plan to check-out by 11:00 am as our cleaning team will arrive at the property shortly afterward unless alternate arrangements have been made.

Early or Late Check-in/Out:

Is available on a case-by-case basis. Please note that our standard check-in time is at 3:00 pm with check-out at 11:00 am (PST). Feel free to reach out to us if you need an early check-in or late check-out.

Daytime visitors require pre-approval and, depending on the circumstances, may incur an additional fee of $75 / person.
